you reach the debugmode when starting dfmedit with /debug as 1st parameter.
currently the Debugmode has the following functions:
- display debug-panel for testing funktions without implementing them into the GUI of dfmedit
- when loading a form from a binary file (exe,dll) the form-data is written to a file in the exe-dir as <formname>.bin
